  The reception staff were polite but the dentist I saw had no 'people' skills what so ever. I had an emergency appointment as a non registered patient, he had done some treatment and I ended up being in far more significant pain than before he touched my tooth. I went again through 111, waited 25 minutes for my appointment to then find I had the same dentist. Checked my tooth and didnt want to finish the job he started. (I presume either cause he was 25 mins late or he knew how much pain I was in he didn't want to finish the job, instead of telling me to get another dentist to finish what he started). I wouldn't go to this practice again. I felt like my health and feelings weren't considered. Walked out upset and in horrendous pain, and to be chucked a prescription for penicillin to 'sort the pain out'.
